Instructions
  1. Heat a vessel and sauté vermicelli for 5 minutes on low flame.
  2. In the mean time heat oil in a vessel and sauté onion, carrot, green chilly for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and water and let it boil.
  4. Add vermicelli into the boiling water.
  5. Cook it till the water gets evaporated.
  6. Add one egg, scramble and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
