Kadala mavu

Smashed boiled
potato

Red chilly powder

Asafoetida powder
Kayam

Onion
chopped
Coconut oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing semiya pokkavadam, first mix
gram flour
, rice flour,
potato
, red chilly, asafoetida,
onion
and
coconut oil
with boiled semiya and mix it well. Add required
salt
.
Take small pinches of this mixture and fry this in
coconut oil
Semiya pokkavadam is ready.
