Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add mustard seeds, let it crackle.
  3. Add onion and saute till it`s pink.
  4. Add tomato and moong sprouts, and saute for a few seconds.
  5. Add water, lime juice and salt.
  6. Add roasted vermicelli to it and cook for 2 - 3 mins to drain excess water.
  7. :- Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
