Vermicelli

Tomato
finely chopped

Onion
finely chopped

Green chillies
chopped

Grated
coconut

tbsp
Lime juice
1
tsp
Black gram
Uzhunnuparippu
3
tsp
Moong sprouts
Cherupayar molappichathu

tsp
Mustard seeds
1/4
cup
Boiling
water
1
sprig
Curry leaves
3
tbsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
1
tbsp
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan or a kadai.
Add
mustard seeds
, let it crackle.
Add
black gram
,
curry leaves
and
green chillies
and stir.
Add
onion
and saute till it`s pink.
Add
tomato
and moong sprouts, and saute for a few seconds.
Add
water
, lime juice and
salt
.
Add roasted
vermicelli
to it and cook for 2 - 3 mins to drain excess
water
.
:- Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and grated
coconut
.
