  • Semiya(roasted, Vermicelli) - 1 cup
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1 tsp
  • Moong sprouts(Cherupayar molappichathu) - 3 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Boiling water - 1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add mustard seeds, let it crackle.
  3. Add black gram, curry leaves and green chillies and stir.
  4. Add onion and saute till it`s pink.
  5. Add tomato and moong sprouts, and saute for a few seconds.
  6. Add water, lime juice and salt.
  7. Add roasted vermicelli to it and cook for 2 - 3 mins to drain excess water.
  8. :- Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
