Semiya Uppumavu Uppuma made of Vermicelli and Moong sprouts 1 cup Semiya (roasted, Vermicelli)1 no Tomato (finely chopped)1 no Onion (finely chopped)2 nos Green chillies (chopped)2 tbsp Grated coconut1 tbsp Lime juice1 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)3 tsp Moong sprouts (Cherupayar molappichathu)1 tsp Mustard seeds1/4 cup Boiling water1 sprig Curry leaves3 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)1 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add mustard seeds, let it crackle. Add black gram, curry leaves and green chillies and stir.Add onion and saute till it`s pink.Add tomato and moong sprouts, and saute for a few seconds.Add water, lime juice and salt. Add roasted vermicelli to it and cook for 2 - 3 mins to drain excess water.:- Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut. Tamil
