1 cup Semolina1/2 cup Nuts (Badam and Cashew)1 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)1/4 cup Sugar1 cup Milk2 tbsp Ghee1/2 cup WaterNuts (For garnishing, grated) First soak the nuts in milk and grind well.Fry the semolina in ghee and keep aside.Now prepare sugar syrup by boiling 1/4 cup sugar along with 1/4 cup water till a one string consistency is achieved.Stir in ground nuts paste and combine well.Now add ghee little by little and keep stirring in low heat till a halwa consistency is achieved.
