Add a little of the batter to make a moderately thick pancake. Do not make it too thin. Reduce heat.
5)Take the chopped vegetables and sprinkle them on top of the pancake. With your hand or a spatula, press them lightly so that they go a little inside the surface of the cooking pancake.
6)Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
After that toss the pancake and cook the other side. Press lightly with spatula so that the vegetables on the other side are cooked well.
8)After 2-3 mins, change the side again so that vegetables on pizza are on the top.
Sprinkle a little black pepper and coriander on top.
:- Serve with chillie sauce or tabasco sauce.
