  • In a small saucepan, stir together milk, condensed milk and sugar. Set over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
  • When the milk starts boiling, add the semolina.
  • Whisk continuously for about 2 minutes until the pudding thickens slightly and bubbles start forming. Turn off the flame now. Once you remove it from the heat, the pudding will not be very thick but there is no need to add more semolina. When it cools down, it will thicken more.
  • Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl. Garnish with crushed nuts and berries.
