Instructions
  1. Wash sepan kizhangu well and cook in pressure cooker for about 3 whistles time.
  2. Add the desired quantity of salt at this time itself so that the salt gets absorbed in.
  3. Wash in cool water and peel the skin.
  4. Slice into 1 inch pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
  6. Splutter mustard seeds.
  7. Add turmeric and asafoetida.
  8. Add sepan kizhangu and fry for 2 mins.
  9. Add red chilli powder and mix well.
  10. Add some oil and fry.
  11. Roast well till it turns brown.
  12. :- Crispy Sepan Kizhangu dry curry is ready to be served.
