Black sesame seeds 1 cup
jaggery 1/2 cup
cardamom powder 2 tsp
cashew nut 1/4 cup
raisin 6 no.
salt 1 pinch
ghee 4 tsp

Instructions

fry the both colored sesame seeds until it get flitered
powder the jaggery, make ready of cardamom powder and sesame seeds
in a mixi jar add both jaggery and sesame seeds and make powder
in a pan heat the ghee and fry both the cashew and raisins until the cashew get golden brown
in a bowl, add sesame jaggery mixture, cardamom powder, salt and fried cashew and mix well
make a ladoo from the sesame mixture. sesame ladoo is ready
