  • sesame oil 4 tablespoon -
  • oyster sauce 4 tablespoon -
  • Cinnamon: 1 -
  • garlic (sliced finely)* 6 -

  • tomato (sliced finely) 1 -
  • thick soy sauce 4 tablespoon -
  • ground black pepper 1 tablespoon -
  • Half cube chicken cube (optional) -
  • Scallion -
  • Corn starch/flour (optional) -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Heat the pan and add the sesame oil
  2. Sauté garlic, ginger, cinnamon and tomato
  3. After 2 minutes, add chicken, oyster sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, chicken cube and salt
  4. Let it simmer for 20 minutes
  5. After 20 minutes, check the consistency of the gravy and salt
  6. If you need a thicker gravy, mix one table spoon corn starch/flour into 1 cup of water and pour on your chicken
  7. Serve with scallion dashed on chicken
Recipe Notes

Do not blend or smash the garlic and ginger. Its has to be sliced finely.
