Sesame Powder Prawn Fry

Fried Prawn with Sesame seed.

Ingredients
  

  • Prawn : 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice : Extracted from one lemon
  • Roasted chick peas : 2 tsp
  • Sesame : 1 ts p
  • Red chilli : 3 nos
  • Oil : for frying

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the prawn and strain water.
  • Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
  • To this add lemon juice and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Grind the red chilles, sesame and Roasted chick peas.
  • Add the grounded powder and mix well.
  • Let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes or fry immediately, bothway its good.
  • Deep fry in oil.
