Set Dosa Dosa topped with carrot and cashews 3 cups Raw rice2 cups Curd1 cup Beaten rice (Aval/Poha)2 nos Carrots1/2 cup Cashewnuts (fried) Soak poha or aval in curd.Soak raw rice in water for 5 hours.Grind poha followed by raw rice into a fine paste.Mix them together and add salt to it.Keep it aside for 5 hours.Mix together grated carrots and fried cashews.Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.Pour 2 big spoons of the dosa batter. Do not spread as for normal dosas.Put the carrot mix on it and close with a plate for 1 min.Flip the side and cook for another 1 min.:- Serve with tomato chutney. Andhra
