Instructions Take a vessel and mix all the ingredients and keep it for 5 mins. Keep the vessel with mixed content in stove and stir well continuously so that it doesn`t get stick to the vessel. It takes nearly 30 mins to reach the consistency. When the smell comes and it becomes thick, remove from flame and pour it in a ghee coated plate. Allow it to cool and cut into desired shapes. The flakes without much ghee came out well. Please let me know if the ghee added was more than required or if i removed from fire, not at apt time.
