Take a vessel and mix all the ingredients and keep it for 5 mins.
Keep the vessel with mixed content in stove and stir well continuously so that it doesn`t get stick to the vessel. It takes nearly 30 mins to reach the consistency.
When the smell comes and it becomes thick, remove from flame and pour it in a ghee coated plate.
The sweet came out spongy even after allowing to cool for long time. The flakes without much ghee came out well. Please let me know if the ghee added was more than required or if i removed from fire, not at apt time. Please let me know if there is some other reason for this.
The quantity of ghee which i told for the sweet is correct.. if u feel that the sweet is still spongy u can keep the content for still more time(like extra 5 mins.. not more than that) in the stove so that it reaches the correct stage..
