Instructions
  1. Mix besan with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder and ghee.
  2. Knead them together to make a stiff dough.
  3. Make 5-6 thin and long strips of the dough.
  4. Put these strips in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut these gattas into small pieces.
  6. Strain the curd through a strainer.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder and turmeric powder to the curd and mix well.
  8. Add the gatta pieces.
  9. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  10. Add cumin seeds and when they get roasted, add the curd mixture.
  11. Cook it for 5-7 minutes while stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
  12. Simmer the flame and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  13. Finally, put the seasoning of red chilly powder.
  14. :- Serve with Missi Roti and Pakori ki Kadhi.
