Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Curd
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 100 g Paneer cubed
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds roasted & powdered, Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt powdered
  • Ice cubes As reqd, crushed

Instructions
 

  • For preparing shahi lassi paneerwali, blend the curd with milk.
  • Add black salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, crushed ice & blend until frothy.
  • Shahi lassi paneerwali will be ready to serve when you garnish it with paneer cubes.
