Sharkara pazham is an easy evening snack made by Keralites.Only very ripe bananas are used for making this snack. Sharkara pazham is served along with tea .
Blend the grated coconut and prepare the thin and thick coconutmilk from it. Cook the banana pieces with the thin coconutmilk in a saucepan pan on low flame.
Add grated jagerry,cardamom powder,mix well till it becomes thick.
Add the thick coconutmilk and switch off the flame.
Heat ghee in a pan,fry the cashews,raisins and pour this into the banana mix.
