Instructions
  1. Blend the grated coconut and prepare the thin and thick coconut milk from it. Cook the banana pieces with the thin coconut milk in a saucepan pan on low flame.
  2. Add grated jagerry,cardamom powder,mix well till it becomes thick.
  3. Add the thick coconut milk and switch off the flame.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan,fry the cashews,raisins and pour this into the banana mix.
  5. Sharkara pazham is ready to serve. Enjoy!
