When cooked well, allow to cool and then shred meat from the bones.
Fry it in an oiled pan for 5 minutes stirring every minute.
Chop the cabbage into small pieces and in a deep oiled pan, cook it until the fresh green smell goes (approximately 10 mins). (optional: Can also add 1 tomato, cut into small pieces to this)
In the meantime, in a mixer grinder / blender, mix well the mayonnaise together with garliccloves and 4 tsp of water. (Optional: you can also add 1 egg white for making it thicker)
Add the chicken pieces and mayonnaise - garlic paste to the cabbage.
Stir well and cook for 1 more minute.

Use this in between two paratha / kubboos / nan and serve hot. Can also be rolled out in between 1 paratha / kubboos / nan.
