Instructions
  1. For preparing short crust pastry, mix maida with salt, sugar and butter.
  2. Pour water and knead it well in a processor. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll it and put it over into a baking dish. Prick the base of the pastry and pinch the sides, to avoid it from rising.
  4. Bake it till done.
  5. Short crust pasty is ready.
  6. Note: 1)You could also cook it by adding in dry beans to stop it from rising.
