200 g All purpose flour (Maida)100 g Butter (softened)1 tbsp Sugar50 ml WaterSalt (A pinch) For preparing short crust pastry, mix maida with salt, sugar and butter.Pour water and knead it well in a processor. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.Roll it and put it over into a baking dish.
