Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken very dry.
  2. Shred the chicken finely in a food processor.
  3. Heat oil in a wide skillet.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. Add curry leaves and saute for a while.
  6. Add chillies, onions and ginger garlic paste and saute.
  7. When the onion becomes translucent, add the chicken.
  8. Saute, until it`s colour changes to white from pink.
  9. Add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  10. Cover and cook, until the chicken is fully cooked on a medium-low flame.
  11. :- No need to add water as the chicken itself will let out lots of water.
  12. Cook, till it becomes slightly brown in colour and is all dried up.
  13. :- Serve with rice or chappathis.
  14. :- If you have ever tried suraa puttu (shark puttu), this will be exactly like that. Much healthier and leaner version.
