  • Long grain rice(boiled separate) - 50 g
  • Shrimps(de-veined, cooked in a little water with salt) - 150 g
  • Green peas(shelled and boiled in salt water) -
  • Onions(chopped, big) - 2 nos
  • garlic(finely chopped) - 5-6 cloves
  • Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing shrimp egg rice, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and fry the onions lightly.
  2. Add the eggs, scramble and remove from flame. Keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic, peas and shrimps till golden and done. Keep aside.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the rice over a high flame, adding salt to taste.
  5. Stir in the shrimp mixture, scrambled eggs and soya sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Shrimp egg rice is ready. Serve piping hot.
