50 g Long grain rice (boiled separate)150 g Shrimps (de-veined, cooked in a little water with salt)Green peas (shelled and boiled in salt water)2 nos Onions (chopped, big)5-6 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)2 nos Eggs (beaten)1/2 cup Oil2 tbsp Soya sauceSalt (As reqd) For preparing shrimp egg rice, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and fry the onions lightly.Add the eggs, scramble and remove from flame. Keep aside.In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic, peas and shrimps till golden and done. Keep aside.Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the rice over a high flame, adding salt to taste.Stir in the shrimp mixture, scrambled eggs and soya sauce. Mix thoroughly.
