Shrimp Salad
Cooked shrimps combined with dijon mustard, mayonnaise, ceelery and other ingredients

Soy sauce

Fish sauce

Mustard
powdered
Onion

A pinch

Vinegar
Pepper
As reqd

As reqd
Instructions
For preparing shrimp salad, first boil the shrimp in salted
water
and vinegar. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Strain the shrimps and rinse in cold
water
.
Take a bowl and stir in cooked shrimps, mayonnaise, celery, soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped
egg
, mustard,
onion
powder, pepper and required
salt
.
Toss and mix well to combine.
Shrimp salad, a yummy as well as nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve cold.
