Instructions
  1. In pan add water and allow to boil and add red chili and kashmiri chili
  2. Now Add Garlic and Ginger
  3. Now add onion and tomato . boil for ten mins and allow to cool
  4. Grind the mixture and keep aside .
  5. In pan add oil and schezwan paste then cook for ten mins
  6. Now add salt and vinegar then cook for few mins. when oil come out turn off the flame.
  7. now the spicy and hot Schezwan sauce is ready. its so simply and easy to make.
