  • Ripe plantain - 3
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder(mix it with 3 tbsp water) - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 4 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 10
  • Rava - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(pinch) -
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Cut the banana into small pieces.
  2. Smash it with a wooden spoon or with the back of a steel glass.
  3. Add sugar and smash again
  4. Add grated coconut and milk powder mix.
  5. Add 1 tbsp rava.
  6. Add cardamom powder,salt and corn flour and combine well.
  7. Finally add some nuts and mix well.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry till nice brown in colour.
  9. Simple and tasty banana snack is ready now.
