  • Tomato paste - 1 tsp

  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. In a heavy bottomed pan, heat oil & shallow fry the potatoes. Keep aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Stir fry onions for 1 min.
  4. Add capsicum and fry for another 2 mins.
  5. Add chilli powder, tomato paste, tomato ketchup, salt and potatoes.
  6. Toss them well.
  7. :- Serve hot with roti.

Easy ,,and really tasty..!
(Its also good if you add one spoon of corriander powder,and a pinch of garam masala to it.)
