Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Rice cooked Basmati
  • 1/2 kg Chicken breast
  • 3 nos Egg beaten
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 3 nos Garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil Ellu enna
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • Salt As req
  • Pepper As req
  • 3 tsp Soy sauce
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken pieces in sesame oil, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan add chicken pieces (small) and stir fry it until golden brown. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add onion, garlic take it out when its done. Add beaten eggs to the remaining oil and stir well(scramble), add cooked rice to it.
  • Add the cooked chicken and soy sauce to this and mix well, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
