  • Soy sauce - 3 tsp

Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken pieces in sesame oil, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chicken pieces (small) and stir fry it until golden brown. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in another pan, add onion, garlic take it out when its done. Add beaten eggs to the remaining oil and stir well(scramble), add cooked rice to it.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and soy sauce to this and mix well, garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot.
