1 kg Chicken (chopped)1 no Onion4 nos Green chillies (slit)1 tbsp Ginger (minced)2 tsp Garlic (minced)1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tsp Garam masala2 1/2 cups Coconut milkCoconut oil (As reqd)Curry leaves (Few) For preparing simple chicken stew, heat oil in a pan, add garam masala, ginger and garlic.Add onion and cumin seeds.Immediately add chicken and green chillies.Add water and cook chicken till tender.When cooked, add coconut milk and thicken the gravy.Add required salt.
