Simple Cucumber Pachadi
Chopped
cucumber
mixed with curd and other veggies.

finely chopped, Vellarika

Tomatoes
chopped

Green chillies
chopped
Ginger
crushed

Curd
1/4

Coconut
grated
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Grind the grated
coconut
to a fine paste.
Mix together chopped
cucumber
, tomatoes,
green chillies
, crushed
ginger
and the ground
coconut
.
Beat the curd and add the
cucumber
mixture.
Add required
salt
and mix gently.
Simple
cucumber
pachadi is ready and enjoy.
