  • Onion - 2 nos
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
  • Peas Cooked(A handful) -
  • Coriander leaves(Few) -
  • Green chillies - 3 nos
  • Salt(As required) -
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
  • Cardamom(Elekka) - 3 nos
  • Cinnamon sticks(Karugapatta) - 1 no
  • Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Biriyani masala(optional) - 1 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Cook the rice in salt water with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and drain water and keep rice aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger-garlic paste, peas and biriyani masala. Sprinkle some salt to vegetables. Add beaten eggs stir well until cooked.
  3. Cut the boiled eggs into pieces. Mix cooked rice to the vegetables, then add the boiled egg pieces and stir well.
  4. Serve hot.
