  • Fish(cleaned and cut into pieces) - 1 kg
  • Fenugreek(powdered, uluva) - 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato(cut into medium pieces) - 1 no
  • Ginger(cut into small pieces) - 1 piece
  • Coccum(kodumpuli) - 2 pieces
  • Small onions(chopped, Chuvannulli) - 7 nos
  • Curry leaves - 2 stems
  • Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • Fish masala - 4 1/2 tbsp
  • Coconut oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl,put the fish pieces into that.
  2. Add some coconut oil & fish masala with the fish pieces & mix well and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, small onions, curry leaves and saute it well.
  4. Add fish pieces & saute again.
  5. When the masala is fully mixed with the fish pieces,add a cup of water.
  6. Then add tomato pieces, fenugreek powder(uluva), kodumpuli(coccum), salt to taste & boil in low heat.
  7. When the fish is cooked,add 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  8. :- Serve hot!!!
