Instructions
  1. Clean fish and cut into large pieces.
  2. In a frying pan, add oil and sautT the onions, ginger and green chillies.
  3. Add curry leaves and stir well. Add chilly powder and turmeric powder and fry well till raw smell disappears.
  4. Now add the tomatoes, water, salt and the fish.
  5. Cover and cook till the water has dried and the fish is coated with the masala.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves or chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with rice or chappathis.
