  • Coriander leaves(Few) -
  • Soy sauce - 4 tsp
  • White vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As required) -
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Cloves - 3 nos
  • Cardamom - 3 nos
  • Cinnamon sticks - 1 no
  • Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Egg(beaten) - 2 nos

Instructions
  1. Cook the rice in salt water with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon. Drain and keep it aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger-garlic paste, peas, carrots, beans , Pepper powder. Add beaten eggs stir well until cooked.
  3. Add soy sauce and white vinegar stir well. Mix cooked rice to the vegetable. 4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Serve hot.
