Simple Gobi Tandoori

Tandoori Gobi is a recipe where Succulent pieces of cauliflower marinated in tandoori spices. grilled gobi, is a healthy way of consuming cauliflower. Tandoori Gobhi is a very flavourful and healthy Cauliflower snack/ appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • tandoori masala 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Curd 1 tsp
  • lemon 1/2 no.
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • maida 2 tsp
  • corn flower 3 tsp
  • rice flower 3 tsp
  • colour powder 1 pinch

Instructions
 

  • Chop the gobi into medium size
  • In a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, tandoori masala, salt, ginger garlic paste,curd, lemon, colour powder and little water and make a batter
  • add cauliflower and mix well and marinate for 5 mins
  • In a baking tray grease the oil and keep the marinated cauliflower
  • bake for 20 mins in oven by preheat the the oven in 180 c for 5 mins.
  • now Simple gobi tandoori is ready
