Tandoori Gobi is a recipe where Succulent pieces of cauliflower marinated in tandoori spices. grilled gobi, is a healthy way of consuming cauliflower. Tandoori Gobhi is a very flavourful and healthy Cauliflower snack/ appetizer.

  • tandoori masala 2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Curd : 1 tsp -
  • lemon 1/2 no. -
  • Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp -
  • Maida : 2 tsp -
  • corn flower 3 tsp -
  • rice flower 3 tsp -
  • colour powder 1 pinch -

Instructions
  1. Chop the gobi into medium size
  2. In a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, tandoori masala, salt, ginger garlic paste,curd, lemon, colour powder and little water and make a batter
  3. add cauliflower and mix well and marinate for 5 mins
  4. In a baking tray grease the oil and keep the marinated cauliflower
  5. bake for 20 mins in oven by preheat the the oven in 180 c for 5 mins.
  6. now Simple gobi tandoori is ready
