  • First put 2 spoons ghee and fry onions till it becomes brown colour
  • Now add onions stir for 2 minutes until it becomes brown colour
  • Add cashews to this and stir.
  • Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add little chopped onions, cinnamon, pepper, cloves ,pepper, corn, cardamom, raisins and curry leaves.Stir for 2 more minutes.
  • Add cooked rice to this, add salt and stir well, boil for 2 minutes.
  • Now ghee rice is ready to serve.
