Prawns

Chicken
cooked&minced

cup
Roasted peanut
crushed
1
cup
Carrot
sliced
1
cup
Beans
sliced

nos
Egg
1
cup
Beans sprout
cooked
1/2
cup
Lemon grass
sliced
1/2
cup
Tofu
1
tbsp
Fish sauce
3
tbsp
Pad thai sauce
2
tsp
Tamarind
sauce
4
cloves
Garlic
chopped
1
no
Onion
sliced
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing simple pad thai, first soak rice noodles in
salt
water
.
Strain and keep aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan, add
garlic
and
onion
.
Add the
prawns
and fry till color changes to pink.
Add fish sauce and cook
prawns
.
Add
carrot
,
lemon grass
, beans and beans sprout.
Sprinkle
salt
and fry again.
Add
egg
and scramble it.
Add
tamarind
sauce, pad thai sauce and mix well.
Add the chicken and mix again.
In a serving plate, place the noodles. Add the
prawns
mix and garnish with crushed peanut.
Simple pad thai is ready.
