Instructions
  1. For preparing simple pumpkin soup, heat a pan and add butter. Add onion, pumpkin and lightly fry.
  2. Then put it in a blender and grind well.
  3. Heat a vessel, add stock and put 1 bay leaf in it and boil. Add the ground pumpkin and boil it.
  4. Add salt and lemon grass.
  5. Cook well. Add pepper before serving.
  6. Simple pumpkin soup is ready.
