  • Coconut - 3 tblsp
  • Cinnamon - 1
  • Cardamom - 1

  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Roasted poppy seed and keep aside
  2. Add coconut and cardamom , cinnamon and roast and grind with poppy seed coarsely
  3. Grind green chili and ginger and keep aside
  4. In pan temper all seaonings and add green chili paste
  5. Add salt and turmeric also and mix it well and keep aside
  6. In other pan add oil and cook onion and brinjal
  7. Add roasted and grind coconut mix it well and lemon too
  8. Now mix all together with rice and turn off
  9. Now this vaagi bath ready
