  • Carrot : ½ cup -

  • Ghee : 1 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Water : 1 ½ cup -

Instructions
  1. Heat a pan add oil or ghee in it and when it hot add onion to it and stir well.
  2. To this add carrot and potato and sauté it well.
  3. Then add 1 ½ cup water to it .
  4. When it gets boiled add rice to it and close the pan for 5 minutes.

  7. Then add coconut milk to it and stir well.

  9. Then close it and wait until it gets cooked.
  10. When rice gets cooked stir it well and serve hot.
