sugar

As reqd
Instructions
For preparing singaporean
crab
curry, first crush shallots, dry chillies and
garlic
.
Heat butter in pan. Add
crab
and fry for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
Heat
oil
in kadai, add
onion
mixture and fry it. Add
ginger
paste,
tamarind
and
sugar
. Add required
salt
.
When masala turns color, add
salt
and
crab
. Add little
water
, cover and cook.
Singaporean
crab
curry is ready.
