Instructions
  1. For preparing a Smoothie, pour milk or yoghurt along with all the other ingredients into a blender and beat it up, till its smooth and frothy.
  2. :- Taste the sugar or honey and add accordingly.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
  4. Top with vanilla ice cream and put a small stem of mint leaf in the middle before serving.
  5. :- Serve Smoothie chilled, as it will taste excellent.
