Instructions
  1. Heat a pan add water in it .
  2. We can use cold water also to make chappathi, but its easy and willl get smooth chappathi within less time and less energy.
  3. When it boils add salt and mix and off flame.
  4. Then add the wheat flour to it and mix well.we can add water if needed.
  5. Then make it in to a smooth dough by using hands.

  7. Then make it in to small balls.
  8. Then using a roller or chappathi maker make it in to round shape.
  9. Then heat a pan if you want you can add oil or ghee without oil also we can make chappathi.
  10. Then make the both sides brown.
  11. Serve hot.
