Wheat puttu-Gothambu puttu is one of the healthiest breakfast.Its a very simple breakfast recipe with wheat flour mixed with water and salt and steamed with freshly grated coconut.Its a 100% veg recipe that do not add a drop of oil:-)!

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add salt and Atta.mix well and add water little by little and make crumble.Then see the consistency of the flourand if its wet you can add more dry flour and whip.
  2. Add the wheat flour mix ito a mixer gringer and pulse it for 2-3 seconds.
  3. Fill the puttu mould by adding grated coconut and wheat flour one after the other.steam for 10 minutes or till done.
  4. Tasty and healthy wheat puttu is ready.
