  • Paalak(Cheera) - 2 small
  • Peas(fresh or frozen) - 1 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves(Uluva) - 1/2 cup
  • Green gram(yellow)(Cheruparippu) - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger(A very small piece) -
  • Garlic pods - 2 nos
  • Green chilly - 1 no
  • Onion(small) - 1 no
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Cream - 3-4 tbsp
  • Butter - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach leaves and fenugreek leaves well.
  2. Put all the ingredients except for cream and butter in a pressure cooker and cook it.
  3. Allow it to cool and then, blend it in a mixer.
  4. Put this paste in a pan.
  5. Add salt to it and boil for a few minutes.
  6. Add a little hot water if the soup is too thick.
  7. :- Serve in soup bowls, adding a swirl of cream and a blob of butter.
