Sour Gobi is one of my all time favorite..I make it quite often. It can be had as a starter or as a side dish or as a tea time snack. It is quite popular dish in any Indian.
In a bowl add medium sized chopped cauliflower, curd, squeeze the lemon, corn flour, maida,rice flour,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder. garam masala, black pepper and mix it
marinate for 5 mins
heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the marinated cauliflower
