Sour Gobi is one of my all time favorite..I make it quite often. It can be had as a starter or as a side dish or as a tea time snack. It is quite popular dish in any Indian.

  • Curd 3 tsp -
  • Lime 1no. -
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp -
  • maida 1/2 tbsp -
  • Rice Flour 1 tbsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Red chili powder : 2 tsp -
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
  • Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
  • Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp -
  • Oil to deep fry -

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add medium sized chopped cauliflower, curd, squeeze the lemon, corn flour, maida,rice flour,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder. garam masala, black pepper and mix it
  2. marinate for 5 mins
  3. heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the marinated cauliflower
  4. now sour gobi fry is ready
