  • Tomatoes - 4 nos
  • Onion - 2 nos
  • Garlic pods(nos) -
  • Grated Coconut - 10 tbsp
  • Green chilly - 1 no
For garnishing:-
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Fry tomatoes, onion, garlic and green chilly in little oil.
  2. Grind the fried items with coconut finely.
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. Add the coconut paste.
  6. Add garam masala powder and chilly powder.
  7. Add little water and salt.
  8. Cover it with a lid till it becomes a thick gravy.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. :- Serve with chappathi/idlis.
