South Indian Tomato Curry Well suitable for idlis/chappathis For Grinding:-4 nos Tomatoes2 nos OnionGarlic pods (nos)10 tbsp Grated coconut1 no Green chillyFor garnishing:-2 tsp Coriander leaves Fry tomatoes, onion, garlic and green chilly in little oil.Grind the fried items with coconut finely.Heat oil in a fry pan.Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Add the coconut paste.Add garam masala powder and chilly powder.Add little water and salt.Cover it with a lid till it becomes a thick gravy.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve with chappathi/idlis.
