Soya Bean Masala

by RaseenaAyoob
Soya bean masala tastes like a non-veg dish with spicy flavor and yummy taste. Soya bean masala is an excellent vegetarian side dish in Kerala Cuisine that goes well with biriyani, porotta, chappati, pulao or even rice. The spiciness of the thick gravy in our soya bean masala is mild so it is suitable for kids too. Soya has a tendency to absorb any flavor that it is cooked with and hence requires more spices to make it flavorful. Our soya bean masala is cooked in a delectable range of masalas. Rich in protein and considered healthy, soya bean is a good alternate for those wanting to refrain from meat. Soya bean masala is quite delicious, filling as well as nutritious. Today we will learn how to make soya bean masala following this easy recipe in a limited time frame. The recipe is well illustrated in a simple manner.

The recipe sounds good but I have a doubt. You have mentioned cocunut milk in the ingredients but never mentioned where to use it.
