200 g Soya chunks50 g Gram flour (Kadala mavu)1 tbsp Chilly powder2 nos Onion (chopped, medium size)2 nos Green chillies (chopped)1 no Tomato (chopped)1 no Capsicum (chopped, small size)Sauce (As reqd, tomato/chilly)Salt (As reqd)Pepper powder (little) Soak soya chunks in water for 30 -45 minutes.Drain it and cut the soya chunk into 2 pieces.Mix gram flour, chilly powder, pepper powder and required salt.Add water to the above mixture and prepare a thick batter.Dip soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it.Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies and saute well for 5-6 minutes.Add capsicum, tomato and stir till tomato is mashed.Add chilly sauce and tomato sauce or chilly tomato sauce and mix well. :- Add some water if required.To this add the fried soya and mix well.:- Chilly Soya is ready!!! :- Enjoy the Chilly Soya!!!
