Instructions
  1. Soak soya chunks in water for 30 -45 minutes.
  2. Drain it and cut the soya chunk into 2 pieces.
  3. Mix gram flour, chilly powder, pepper powder and required salt.
  4. Add water to the above mixture and prepare a thick batter.
  5. Dip soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies and saute well for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Add capsicum, tomato and stir till tomato is mashed.
  8. Add chilly sauce and tomato sauce or chilly tomato sauce and mix well. :- Add some water if required.
  9. To this add the fried soya and mix well.
  10. :- Chilly Soya is ready!!! :- Enjoy the Chilly Soya!!!
