Soya chunks manjurian in chinese style

Ingredients

Soya chunks
50
g
Gram flour
Kadala mavu

tbsp
Chilly powder

Onion
chopped, medium size
2
nos
Green chillies
chopped
1

Tomato
chopped
1
no
Capsicum
chopped, small size
Sauce
As reqd,
tomato
/chilly
Salt
As reqd
Pepper powder
little
Instructions
Soak soya chunks in
water
for 30 -45 minutes.
Drain it and cut the soya chunk into 2 pieces.
Mix
gram flour
, chilly powder,
pepper powder
and required
salt
.
Add
water
to the above mixture and prepare a thick batter.
Dip soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it.
Heat
oil
in a pan and add
onion
,
green chillies
and saute well for 5-6 minutes.
Add
capsicum
,
tomato
and stir till
tomato
is mashed.
Add chilly sauce and
tomato
sauce or chilly
tomato
sauce and mix well. :- Add some
water
if required.
To this add the fried soya and mix well.
:- Chilly Soya is ready!!! :- Enjoy the Chilly Soya!!!
