Instructions
  1. Marinate soya with chilly powder , garam masala and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger and garlic pods.
  3. Add curry leaves and green chilly.4) When the Onions turn brown color take out from the Pan into a vessel.
  4. Heat oil in another pan an fry soya.
  5. Drain it.
  6. Mix it with the already fried onion from step 4.
  7. Soya fry is ready.
