Instructions
  1. For preparing soyabean masala, cook soyabeans in salt water.
  2. Saute cumin seeds and pepper powder in oil. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry for a while.
  3. Add in turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Saute well with salt.
  4. Add tomatoes and fry well.
  5. Then add rest of the ingredients: soyabeans, coconut milk, coriander leaves, celery, required salt and mix well. Allow it to boil and cook in low flame. Remove it from the flame when done.
  6. Soyabean masala is ready. Serve hot.

Can you please tell me whether it is soya chunks or soya beans It looks like soya chunks in the image.
