Instructions
  1. Chop the veggies and keep aside
  2. Now beat egg and keep aside
  3. Now mix all veggies well. rest for 5 minutes
  4. Mix coriander and salt and pepper
  5. In small non stick sauce pan add oil
  6. Now pour mixture cook for 10 minutes in low flame
  7. Turn the omelette pressure and cook for 5 minutes
  8. now transfer to plate and allow to cool for 5 minutes and cut in slices
  9. Now its ready to serve
