Instructions
  1. For preparing special chicken tikka, first mix together all the ingredients: garlic paste, ginger paste, curd, ajwain, lemon juice, chilly powder, black salt, kasuri methi, salt and mustard oil.
  2. Marinate the chicken in this paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  3. Insert the chicken and vegetables in a skewer and cook it in an electric grill or in an oven.
  4. Apply butter on intervals.
  5. Serve hot. Special chicken tikka is ready.
