For preparing special fish tikka, mix together all the ingredients: ginger paste, garlic paste, curd, ajwain, roasted gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander paste, green chilly paste, kasuri methi, salt and oil.
Marinate the fish in this paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Insert the fish and vegetables in a skewer and cook it in an electric griller or in an oven.
